Extra Super P Force

Extra Super P-Force Tablets have 100 mg of sildenafil and 100 mg of dapoxetine. It's a combination drug that contains 100 mg of Sildenafil Citrate and 100 mg of Dapoxetine Hydrochloride, and it's intended to treat premature ejaculation (PE) and erectile dysfunction (ED) in males aged 18 to 64. Sildenafil helps men achieve and maintain erections, while Dapoxetine delays the onset of discharge. Dapoxetine, on the other hand, is an SNRI (serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor), which is an energizer that helps with premature discharge. Sildenafil Citrate USP and Dapoxetine are the active ingredients in Extra Super P-Force. The PDE-5 family of vasodilators includes Sildenafil Citrate.

Side Effects

The following are common Super P Force negative effects:

• Headaches
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Flushing
• Nose congestion
• Indigestion
• Upset stomach
• Chest discomfort
• Insomnia
• Vision is hazy.
• Mouth feeling dry
• Diarrhea
• Muscle discomfort or back pain
• Nosebleeds
• Heartburn

Side effects including Priapism (a prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours) and NAION (sudden vision loss in one or both eyes) can occur in rare circumstances. If you have persistent symptoms like a painful erection or hazy vision, see your doctor right away.

Warnings & Precautions

You should not take Super P-Force pills 100mg/60mg if you:

• Are allergic to sildenafil, dapoxetine, or any of the Super P-Force components
• Have a liver or renal condition
• Blood pressure that is excessively high or low
• If you have a vision-threatening eye illness such as non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) or retinitis Pigmentosa

• Have had a heart attack or stroke in the recent 6 months or have a condition that makes sexual intercourse unsafe owing to circulatory or cardiac difficulties
• Suffer from a bleeding condition
• Without consulting your doctor, have a history of orthostatic hypotension (dizziness on standing up)
• Have depression, bipolar disease, epilepsy that isn't controlled, or schizophrenia
• If taken with Super P-Force or within 14 days, monoamine oxidase inhibitor drugs can produce serious side effects.
• Are using any nitrate medicine for angina, such as nitroglycerin, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

Several drugs interact with Super P-Force tablets 100mg/60mg and should be avoided when taking Super P-Force or used only after consulting with your doctor:

• Any nitrate medication, such as nitroglycerin for angina, as it may cause a severe drop in blood pressure, monoamine oxidase inhibitors for depression, thioridazine for schizophrenia, the anticoagulant warfarin increases the risk of bleeding, NSAIDs such as aspirin or ibuprofen, St. John's Wort, migraine medicines such as sumatriptan, the analgesic tramadol.
• Antifungals like ketoconazole, antibiotics like erythromycin, HIV therapies like ritonavir and atazanavir, and calcium channel blockers like diltiazem for hypertension are all drugs that influence Super P-Force.
• Alpha-blockers for high blood pressure, such as doxazosin, are affected by Super P-Force.
